Announcements, notices, e-mails, and snail-mail: they're all just snapshots of a particular moment in time. And with so many different sources of information all talking at us, not everyone is paying attention anymore. To further strengthen our relationship with our clients, and fully realize a business partnership, we need to move beyond this series of intermittent, one-way communications.

The Genesis Resource Center blog is the beginning of that conversation. In addition to sharing all that is going on here at Genesis, we will also be weighing in on local and national issues affecting your business, asking for feedback about our service (and especially our latest technologies), and sending reminders about the best ways to take advantage of a partnership with Genesis.

The blog is not a snapshot. It can be visited at any time, with the ability to easily see where we are, where we have been, but most importantly, where we are going. Clients and employees can come to look at the most recent topic of discussion, or quickly look back at the discussions about issues affecting their business.

Remember, this is a conversation that allows people to leave comments on things that motivate, frustrate, concern or excite. Rather than using technology to distance ourselves, we intend to do the exact opposite, and are very excited about being able to use the web as a means to further strengthen our communication and personal relationship with our clients and employees.
